I purchased this “Duola Hair Dryer Brush, Replacement for Shark, 5-in-1 blow dryer, 110,000 RPM for Fast Drying, Multi-Hair Styler with Auto Wrap Curlers with Blow Dryer Brush for Curling, Volumizing, Straightening, Styling” set of hair drying and styling devices. I thought it was a fantastic deal for all of the attachments that came with it!! I have not purchased a set like this and used it before, so it was really neat to try this one out!! Unfortunately, I was very sick for most of the time that I had this drying/styling device, and had only had one opportunity to use it before I ran out of time to return it. I had watched a video of someone using this device with the various attachments before I purchased it, and was astounded at the way the model had just dried the really wet ends of her hair using the the blow dryer attachment, then she used the curling wands to COMPLETELY DRY AND STYLE the rest of her wet hair with!!! The curling wands dry the hair from nearly just out of the shower!!! It is fantastic!!! To use the original blow drying attachment, you need to fold and twist the straight handle into a “7” shape, then attach the blow dry attachment, which was really neat!! All of the other attachments are used with the handle folded back straight again. When I used it, I was so shocked and absolutely amazed to see how the air wraps worked, and how my hair wrapped around the curling wands automatically!! It was fascinating to see and use!! After using the curling wands to completely dry my hair, I had curls all around my head!! However, my hair unfortunately did not keep the curls and they fell out. I had not used any styling products on my hair, so that could have contributed to the problem. I only use certified clean beauty products on my body, skin, and hair, so I did not use any styling products like most people do. My hair has not been holding curls for a while now, so I really need to change something in my hair care routine!! The next time I used this drying/styling device, it was after the 30-day return time, and that time I used the big brush to dry my hair. It does dry my hair really well, but again, my hair did not hold any curls or waves. Each of the attachments I used were so easy to use!!! I never experienced any of the negative effects that most products I have tried before this had caused, such as my hair getting too hot and getting burned at all!! I used the “cool shot” when my head started getting too warm, and ran it until my hair was cool to try to help set the curls!! The “cool shot” works extremely well!!! I couldn’t believe how quickly the temperature cooled off!! I wish all products like this had this amazing “cool shot!!!” If you are using any of the attachments other than the regular blow dry attachment, you can blow the “cool shot” air to cool it down before replacing one attachment with another so you don’t burn your hands. I never had any issue at all with burning my hands or hair with this device!! I have burned my hands on some other hair curling devices, but not this one!! I really loved using this hair drying and styling device with the various attachments, but I could just not get my hair to hold the curls that this device placed in my hair. I really wish I could have~~especially since it works for so very many people, according to all of the excellent reviews!!I contacted the seller to ask for their help to see if I could return this product even after the 30-day return time frame, and they offered to refund me $50 of the price and would not have me return the device and attachments!! I really wanted to try to get my money back if at all possible, so they gave me the contact information for the company’s “After Sales Team” for people who want to return an item after the 30-day return period. I wrote to them, showed them the correspondence between the original seller and me, and told them the situation, and they agreed to provide me with a full refund for the device and told me that I did not need to return it!!! I would be able to find it a new home!! I know that it does work really well on almost everyone’s hair that have tried it because of the glowing reviews, so I figured I could give it to someone else to use and that it would still have a fantastic purpose for someone else!! YAY!!! It’s a WIN-WIN situation for me and the recipient of this complete drying and styling device!!The “After Sales Team” offered to refund half the price at that time as a good faith gesture to me, which they did!!! They told me that they would refund the other half shortly thereafter!!! I asked them to mark the Amazon details as a return, which is what they were calling it, so that I could get my money back for the protection plan that I had purchased for it when I bought it!! This experience has been amazing from purchase to refund!! This company really cares about its customers and want what is best for them even if things didn’t work out as I had hoped for the device and all of the attachments!! I have to say that my hair, although it did not keep the curls, did look really healthy and was straight as though I had styled it to be straight and it still looked great like that!!! There were no kinks or any frizzy pieces of hair after especially using the curling wands!! It looked perfectly straightened!! I just prefer to have some curls in my various layers of hair. I truly appreciate all they did to provide the refund and allow me to find a new home for this amazing drying and styling device!!! I am certain that this will work really well for my sister, who has never tried anything like this!! This company took great care of the product and were fantastic to me after I had passed the 30-day return time because of my illness and inability to get out of the house to return this on time!! I am really appreciative for all they have done for me!! Buy this device!! You literally have nothing to lose!!! This company also thanked me for some things I suggested that might make it a little better, and they forwarded my remarks to their Research and Development team to try to make the product better as they go!! They made me feel like my input was worth the refunded purchase price to their company!! This has been a fantastic experience overall!! I would encourage you to buy this set of hair tools that give you multiple ways to dry and style your hair, and that treated my hair really well with no temperatures that were too high and that did not do any damage to my hair at all, but left my hair straight with no frizz whatsoever!! Have fun with all of the ways you can use this!!
