All the toughness and durability of our original Direct Attach steel-toe work boot, now made with a women’s fit.
Ever since I first put on a pair of *TIMBERLAND PRO boots , I have been singing praises for them ! I tell all my co-workers this is the best , most comfortable , most durable steel/composite work shoe ever ! Especially the women , because truth be told men have a lot more options out there . Timberland Pro put out a womens boot that was truly engineered for comfort , I wear all day and my feet are great . I've tried many other brands and my feet truly suffered many break-in periods lasting maybe a month for a boot that lasted maybe 3-4 months . Let me tell you , if a shoe has a "break in period" then forget them , why suffer ? The minute I put on Timberlands my feet have been happy feet. All the years of torture wearing many brands , so glad I found Timberland ! I work on asphalt and steel, a lot of climbing , uneven surfaces tight spaces , I am a longshorewoman ILWU class A , almost 20 years . There aren't many boots that will hold up in this industry like a Timberland. Do yourself a one up and try these .Everything about them is great. They look good they feel good and they’re just what I needed for work. I recommend buying. Also the steel toe isn’t uncomfortable like everyone says it is.They passed the lou Malnati's test. Ten hour shift they got soaked with dirty mop water and stayed perfectly dry on the inside. They don't even smell witch is why I had to get rid of my old pair of shoes. Very high quality.Send boots back, without any problems. Unfortunately it fell out a lil too big and my heel was slipping outI was nervous these would be too small with the steel toe as I have a wider foot and usually fall between a women's 9.5/10. I measured my foot and used the size chart. These are perfect! My job is walking up and down the beach on a construction site monitoring for turtles at night. Kind of an odd assignment, but I was looking for a steel toe landscaping type boot that I could walk in/be on my feet all night without hurting them. By day I’m either in sneakers or barefoot, so comfort and was a must. These are sturdy where I can walk over the uneven sand with ease, NO blisters! I was able to use them from box to site without breaking in. Also, my feet have been able to breathe in the hot and humid southern working conditions. A win on all levels! If I could have one more wish to make these perfect I’d get a taller, mid shin boot to keep the sand out lolGreat boots for working on the railroad. No break in time and extremely comfortable. I have wide feet, measure a 6.5 but usually go with 7. I took a 7.5 in these. Consider going a half size up, or whole size. Would definitely buy these again.Great boots will buy again.Great look , comfort and valueFIT & SIZE: I've had 3 Timberland Boots in the past my sizes varies from 7 or 7.5 US/CA women's. This is my 4th Timberland boots and very first for the work/steeltoe kind and got size 7.5 US/CA women's. At first it fits just "exact" and a bit tight on my bunion area of my feet with my semi thick socks on but feels comfortable and best on thinner type of socks. I've broken it in for 2 weeks, wearing it for 2-4 hours each day and now it feels way much better on semi thick socks. The tightness on the bunion area is gone as the leather has opened up significantly. It hugs my feet whichever socks i use, even on thin socks, the boots hold my heel well and does not feel loose at all.WEIGHT: I find this boots quite light (although not the lightest) for a steeltoe. I wear it for 12 hours in the warehouse and my feet are still fine afterwards. I WALK A LOT! 32,000 to 35,000 steps on average and my feet and ankles are just "tired" from the walking and bending but not "painful".STYLE: Nothing beats the style of this boots. Whenever i just wear on casual days, running errands and stuff like that it looks great on almost anything you wear. It doesn't even look like a steel toe work boots at all, it looks like the "usual" Timberland classic boots.MY FEET: they're slim, i always go for regular fit to medium fit only. wide fit doesn't hold my feet well if i wear the wrong socks. I'm 5'3-ish 55 kg.The shoes were comfortable from the first wear, very important because I’m on my feet for 10-12 hours daily, with a lot of movement. But they started to hurt after about a month.Bought gel insoles which helped a little. But even that was short term. Another month and different insoles trials later, my feet still hurt. So much that I dreaded taking the commute back home, just couldn’t bear my own weight on my feet anymore.Did not expect that from a reputed brand like Timberland.I’m only halfway through my second 12 hour shift with these, but man I love these boots. They look and feel great, just like regular Timbs. I have pretty wide feet and they aren’t too narrow for me, though I have them done up very loose. If nothing changes I’ll bereordering them in the future!1 month update: they’ve got a bunch of marks now and don’t look as great, but damn I love these boots! By far the best boots I’ve ever had. I’m pretty picky, so I hope these are always on the market!
