1st of all those is not a steamer. There is no steam element or function to this over priced hair dryer. It doesn't even blow hot air. What a huge disappointment after waiting weeks, 6 weeks I believe. Can't believe Amazon hasn't pulled this product yet. Amazon is losing traction on quality to allow just any seller from China to promote false misleading ads. Returning this for sure.
