It looked great on arrival, but it is not dishwasher safe, not even on top rack. I usually hand wash it, but in a hurry it went in the dishwasher and the image is completely ruined. Maybe one is supposed to assume it's not dishwasher safe, but I don't recall ever seeing that on description or on any packaging.
