These glasses are worth it! If you’re looking for a large, dramatic glass then look no further. They feel so expensive and make a lovely *ting* sound when you cheers. The glass is thin, so be careful! The glasses were packaged tightly and safely in styrofoam box, because of that they had a bit of a foggy look when I took them out. That washed off completely. I’m very happy with my purchase!!I really enjoy these wine glasses, they are great for sipping wine or a frose’. I have ordered two sets of these wine glasses, one arrived with a broken stem but they promptly sent a replacement. They are packed quite well for shipping but I’m sure they get thrown around during shipping. I don’t think they could pack them any better, an occasional broken stem is to be expected. After posting my review, they reached out to me unsolicited and offered me a refund or a replacement glass. I chose a replacement since they are lovely-looking glasses and they sent me TWO replacement glassed (image of the Rovsya box). These glasses are actually a little heavier and thicker than the original set of four, so I'm very happy about that. So I'm changing my stars from one to four stars because of the amazing customer service I received!PREVIOUS REVIEW:SO disappointed! These are brand new, got them on Prime Day 2 weeks ago. Very gently slid an ice cube into the glass by hand and it knocked a hole out of the bowl (see pics). Unbelievable.These glasses look nice and were packed well. But they are SO thin that they can never last. Should've trusted the more recent reviews saying the same. I don't know if I can return them or not, but I am going to spend more money to get new crystal burgundy glasses that are NOT made in China.Beautiful set of burgundy glasses - I'm giving them to our son in law so he hasn't seen them yet. They came quickly and in perfect shape.Thank you!I ordered these as a daily alternative to the elegant, silly-expensive and light weight and seductively sensual premium glasses from Austria and the Czech republic. I really didn't expect this to come in at the 2.56 ounces (73 grams) the manufacture lists here, (now changed to .16 lb, which is the same incorrect weight) as those high-end hand blown European glasses seem to be about 80-115 grams. However, these are a good bit heavier than advertised. I could be content with the two glass that are 132 and 135 grams, but the others are more than an ounce heavier at 153 and 167 grams (ie 5.9 oz) that is nearly twice the listed weight. By way of comparison, there are Chinese-made glasses that come in a fair bit lighter. From my perspective, the purpose of buying hand made glasses is the seductive elegance they can have. Lack of weight is a major component of that. All that said, the glasses did arrive well packaged. The clarity of the glass is good. The shape mimics that of some of that high end European glassware. I think these should be good with both burgundy and bordeaux blends. On the two lighter glasses, the balance and feel in the hand is good. I am disappointed that they are hand wash only, as my experience is I have a LOT less breakage when cleaning on the top shelf of the dishwasher. I assume that is because these are of a softer glass that will etch in the washer. Though frankly we will break most glasses before that becomes a major issue To their credit, the manufacturer did go above and beyond what was necessary to make it right with me. The customer service is outstanding. But the "corrected" listed weight is still way off.Quality wine glasses - my guests love them. Although there was a bit of issue with shipping, seller was very responsive and quickly fixed it. Good job!I definitely love this wine glass set! It’s light and makes the wine taste really smooth. Christmas is right around the corner and I already know a gift idea for a few of my love ones :)
