These face shields are lightweight and comfortable to wear but the shield is not clear at all making it difficult to see through them. I must say that your vision does adjust though..if that makes sense. I still am able to see my patients and place an IV without difficulty. Yet, when I remove them I can definitely see how opaque they really are when I have them on. Not sure if I would recommend this brand. I have heard of other brands that are much better and easier to see through the shield.Update: there is actually a plastic covering on both sides of the shields. That was my mistake! Once I figured out there is plastic on BOTH sides I could see clear as ever! It’s a little difficult to remove the clear plastic off but once you do these are great!!!! I work in a surgical area and these are awesome to keep on all day over your n95 and surgical mask..they do not fog up and the price is even better!!!! Definitely recommend!
