They looked the job, comfortable and clean cut.. however that wasn't what they were bought for. Husband needed some boots to walk and occasionally work his sites. Only wore them a couple times a month when comp toe was needed, with that they've ripped straight at the seem on the entire outside to were he can't wear them anymore or his feet will get wet and they look like trash now. Really expected them to last longer w the little wear for the title of "power train" and amount we paid.I bought these shoes based on a prior recommendation on Amazon and could not be happier! I recently moved my studio to a space with concrete floors and the switch from wood to concrete was brutal until I put these shoes on my feet.Based on that recommendation I bought a wide fit, which I usually don't need or get, and it was a good call.There are lightweight and very comfortable, and better looking in person!My only complaint is that the inserts are pretty flimsy for a work boot. I replaced them with some Dr. School's get inserts which I would recommend doing. I also wear these with think Meriono wool socks, which keep my feet cool and dry.Overall I am extremely happy with these and would highly recommend them.Only flaw us exterior material is not made for rigorous steel equipment in the environment.... tends to tear after a couple months. But does have exceptional comfort on cement floors. I work 12 hour shifts and only thing I do add extra cushion sole for the floors.Great mid sole support, extremely breathable material but the arch and heal support isn't up to standards I thought it would be. The anti fatigue in the description when I was researching these boot isn't quite as good as lead to believe. I will be returning these boots unfortunately. Timberland does make a great work boot though!Comfortable and look like you’re wearing regular shoes not work bootsWalking for 12 hours a day for work on solid concrete and oil in certain areas and it did not slip once. The support was as expected and I will purchase again.Very light and fairly comfortable but could use a little bit more of a arch and so sole support.
