I wear size 11 extra wide. Extra wide should be about 4.5 inches. First attempt was too small all around, second attempt was to order 11.5 EW. The length might have worked worked, but the boot said EW on it, and it was barely over 4 inches wide. Felt like standing on a 2x4.great and easy use. have also used on small fires and never had a problem with heat.Not the size advertised.. they run way small.. hot spots on the top of the foot and the sides..
