I love this wig. The customer service was pretty amazing when I had a small problem with my order. They contact back immediately too. The wig looks exactly like my real hair, but my own hair is damaged and broken from years of extensions, bleaching and abuse. I planned to pull my real hair out of the front of this wig, but I realized that the lace just disappears when I wear it as a full lace wig, so I'm going to wear it like that and let my real hair get better again. This wig is vulumous at the roots, which flattens out after a few days of wearing it. I also blow dried the roots flatter and flat ironed them down a little. The hair itself looks real. I searched through but I can't tell if any of it is synthetic. The hair is pretty, but its thin at the ends and some people don't like that, its not thick all the way down like some human hair. But I think it looks more real as out thins out at the ends, so this is fine with me. My cap was too bulky right in the back of my head, so i just sewed a pinched seam right into the lace and on the back and it fixed it. I haven't cut any layers into the wig, the photos are how the wig came and I just curled it a little. It doesn't smell either, like some hair. The hair gets a little tangly through the day, but looks great as soon as I brush it. I hope this hair lasts, as evryone knows, human hair can be unpredictable, so we will see. I haven't washed it yet. Also, i want to tone it to a whiter color, but i don't want to wreck the hair, plus its whiter in some lighting, so ill leave it like it is for now. I will buy another one for sure.
