My wife wanted to get some stable, usable space on top of the washer/dryer. I looked at several products, but this was the exact measurement for the large, front loading units. It weighs a ton, so it won't be easily moved around. It looks great, and more than met the need. It's also very nicely finished. My only negative comment is the price (a bit high), but it was exactly what I was looking for, so I really can't complain.
