These were discounted on Amazon 75% when I decided to buy these, and I've been happy with them after I broke them in. It took a week to break them in which is longer than I expected. Once they were broken in the tongue of the shoe no longer put pressure on the top of my feet. I definitely like these as an everyday shoe as I use a wheelchair, and open doors by pushing them open with my feet if my hands are occupied. Steel toed shoes are best for my needs because the toe caves in or wears out with holes more than the soles. They come a bit low around the ankle, but slope back up to cover the heel of the foot. I definitely like these more than the Hyland safety shoes for women which discolor from black to a sickly green algae color after three weeks.I ordered a 5W. They are not too big or too small.I usually wear size 12 "normal not wide" but ordered the wide just to avoid any unnecessary fitting issues, the heel to toe length is great, its wide...my toes can flare at the front...no rubbing of the steel to my toes, its lightweight and extremely comfortable, can wear them whole day...hope this info helps future shoppers!! =)These are good shoes, and very sturdy. They fit as expected. My only qualm with them is that they don't have any arch support, so I'd recommend picking up some Dr. Scholls or something to put inside of them when you wear them.Somewhat lose on the heels but I love themVery comfortable for steel toed.It a little to tight and it don't come in a size 10 and an 11 is to bigI worked in them for 12 hours.
