This pony tail extension is amazing, I ordered a 20in extension color: #4P27.. mixes brown and blonde highlightsThe hair wefts on this piece are structured widely across a not-very flexible piece of material.. for a high pony, it allows the hair to sit perfectly on top of the head, you don’t have to tease the hair to make it appear wider or fuller. The hair coming out of the ponytail covers the entire width of the back of my head, which I really like.No, it’s not too heavy.. but I French braid the top and back of my hair to distribute my real hair more evenly & I find that the pony tail isn’t pulling extremely hard on one small section of my hair..When you put this extension in a low pony.. it doesn’t look quite right because as I said before the wefts of hair stitched on to this thing are really wide, so it looks un natural & a little funky when it’s used for a low pony.. I’m sure with a little re-work & modification i could find a way to make it work tho.UPDATE: dig the comb/clip attached to the extension into the SIDE or bottom of your low ponytail, then wrap around! This will rid of the awkward bump from the wefts :DDHair is a little thinner toward the ends but nothing terrible.. it think it looks natural this way, plus my real hair is a fine-medium texture so it blends well in my oppinion. Honestly I love it.100% recommend. I wore it all day, and it held up beautifully. I cut my long hair a few months back, and it's is pretty short, Jaw length layered bob. I can barely get it in a ponytail, and have to gel, and clip little hairs back, but once I have it in, you definitely can't tell. Family members I see only every couple of weeks even commented on how fast my hair grew, not realizing it was not mine. Haha. I like having short hair most of the time, but occasionally, I really miss having my long pony. (I rarely wore it down when it was long- either a pony tail, a bun, or a messy knot/bun) I got the 14" in 1b, but it seems a believably realistic length, and still pretty long, especially when I wear it low.The only con,if you can call it a con, seems like a pro to me, is that it is very thick and heavy. I probably wouldn't recommend it for daily use because of that, especially if you get headaches easily.The quality is good. It’s not the color I was looking for so I was planning to bring it into my stylist next time I need a color and have it matched. I am going to have to work with it a bit. The Velcro catches my hair and gets caught in it and breaks off my hair so I really don’t like that.I have a very thin ponytail so I had difficulty keeping the extension from slipping. It would last about 2 hours though before slipping. The hair itself is beautiful & looks great!Great hairLooks natural and well pricedYou may need help putting this hair piece on or ask your hair dresser for help.I like it , though it’s a little whispy at the ends, a d the wrap hair is ver sparse snd thin. The color is really pretty… good for a switch up .This is my very first purchase of any kind of extension but this actually exceeded my expectations. It was nice and thick and I was really surprised that the color blended well with my hair being highlighted for years.The wrap around strand isn’t as full as I’d like but I think with more practice and hairspray I can get it wrapped around to cover the entire band.
